Photo taken in front of the garage of grandson Ethan posed to kick a soccer ball in his team uniform. Added - a photo of a soccer ball on the field, with additional cropped out blades of grass to place in front of Ethan's shoe, so it doesn't appear he is flying over the grass.

Next a shadow is needed for Ethan. This was done by using the drop shadow, making a separate layer from the shadow - distorting, and brining down the opacity to match other shadows in the field photo (not the shadow from the photo taken in front of the garage).

Experiment with Photoshop filters for more effects.
