Department of Justice prosecutors failed to obtain a felony indictment against Sean Charles Dunn who was arrested on a felony assault charge for throwing a sandwich at a border agent in Washington, D.C.

It is rare for grand jurors not to grant an indictment to federal prosecutors especially in a case involving felony assault of a law enforcement officer.

But in Washington, D.C., liberal outcry to anything associated with the name “Donald Trump” causes “TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME”, therefore the sandwich thrower will not be seeing jail any time soon.
